The International SparkLink Wireless Short-Range Communication Alliance, abbreviated as the International SparkLink Alliance (iSLA), is a globally oriented industry alliance dedicated to advancing innovation and ecosystem development in next-generation wireless short-range communication technologies. It supports rapidly evolving application scenarios in intelligent vehicles, smart homes, smart terminals and intelligent manufacturing, while meeting the most demanding performance requirements. The official English abbreviation is iSLA.
The International SparkLink Alliance was jointly initiated in September 2020 by 80 member organizations, including industry associations, universities and research institutes, as well as enterprises from the chip, vehicle and automotive component, mobile phone and terminal, home appliance, communications, instrumentation and information technology sectors.
In May 2023, the Alliance obtained its Registration Certificate of Social Organization Legal Person from the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, formally becoming an international industry and standards organization. To date, the Alliance has more than 1,000 institutional members in China and overseas.
The Alliance carries out work in standard development, testing and certification, development strategy, ecosystem building, application demonstration, technical exchange and international cooperation. It has become an important global platform for advancing the next-generation wireless short-range communication industry.
To address the requirements of emerging intelligent scenarios worldwide, the Alliance has established unified standards for next-generation wireless short-range communication technologies, delivering a transformative connectivity experience characterized by low latency, high reliability, high concurrency, high data rates, robust security and intelligent capabilities.
SparkLink technology has established a comprehensive presence across foundational areas including chips, modules, development boards and testing equipment, with an expanding portfolio of commercial products. Alliance members have launched a range of flagship products, including smartphones, tablets, styluses, computer mice, speakers, earphones, televisions and SparkLink-enabled 360° surround-view systems. These products cover a broad spectrum of application scenarios across people, vehicles, homes and campuses, contributing to the gradual formation of a complete industrial ecosystem.

The UHD World Association (UWA) was established in Beijing on 26 January 2022. It is an international, non-governmental, industry-based and non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by enterprises, public institutions, research institutes and professional organizations worldwide that are engaged in ultra-high-definition video product manufacturing, video transmission, content production, applications and services. The Association is officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and has legal-person status as a social organization.
The Association’s scope of activities includes conducting industry research and policy consulting to guide industrial development; promoting innovation in ultra-high-definition video technologies and products; facilitating industry–academia–research–application collaboration in key common technology areas and priority products; and accelerating the adoption of ultra-high-definition video applications.
It also promotes the integration of ultra-high-definition video with other industries, cultivates new business models and formats, advances the development and implementation of industry standards, and conducts testing and certification in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. In addition, the Association promotes the supply and large-scale production of ultra-high-definition video content, facilitates international exchange and cooperation, and undertakes other matters entrusted by its members.
The Association has established an organizational structure comprising a Preparatory Strategy Committee, a Preparatory Technical Committee, the General Assembly, the Council, the Executive Council and the Secretariat. It has also established working groups covering standards, policy research, intellectual property, content production and broadcasting, video experience and industry promotion. These groups have delivered substantial results in standard development, testing and certification, and ecosystem building.
With a global perspective, the Association will continue to improve the industrial environment, serve industry development, encourage innovation, facilitate the application of achievements and strengthen exchanges and collaboration. It is committed to building an advanced, comprehensive and mutually beneficial global ultra-high-definition video industry ecosystem.

The Global Intelligent Internet of Things Consortium (GIIC) was officially established in June 2024. Jointly initiated by Internet of Things and HarmonyOS ecosystem partners and co-developed by the industry, GIIC is an international industry organization dedicated to building a new industrial ecosystem for the Intelligent Internet of Everything.
As the first international industry platform focused on the integration of the Internet of Things and the HarmonyOS ecosystem, GIIC brings together partners across the global industrial value chain and promotes the international development of the HarmonyOS-based Intelligent Internet of Everything ecosystem.

The World WLAN Application Alliance (WAA) is the world’s first international industry and standards organization dedicated to the WLAN application experience. Established on 22 September 2022, WAA is guided by the vision of “Providing the Best WLAN Experience for the Digital World” and is committed to building an open and international platform for the development of the WLAN industry.
WAA has more than 70 member institutions, organizations and enterprises from 11 countries and regions, covering telecommunications operators, equipment suppliers, testing-equipment manufacturers, certification bodies, research institutions and universities. Its core areas of work include international standardization, implementation of testing and certification, and promotion of global industrial development.

The Network Innovation and Development Alliance (NIDA) is an international, industry-based and non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by industry organizations, universities, research institutes and enterprises from around the world. It focuses on promoting fixed-network technology innovation and industrial upgrading.
Mission: To define the evolution pathways and network construction standards for global internet infrastructure and guide the upgrading of the data communications industry.
Purpose: To build global industry consensus, establish an international ecosystem integrating industry, academia, research and application, promote innovation in fixed-network technologies, and facilitate the sustainable development of the fixed-network industry.
Scope of Activities: To research development trends in the data communications network industry; define the generations and architectures of the next-generation internet towards 2030; conduct joint technology innovation, implementation and incubation involving industry, academia, research and application; and undertake standardization, testing and certification.

The Global Computing Consortium (GCC) was officially established in June 2024. It was jointly initiated by technology providers, manufacturers, system integrators, enterprise users and research institutes in the computing sector worldwide. GCC currently has 34 leading domestic and international enterprises and academic institutions as its founding members.
Going forward, GCC will focus on three core areas: building consensus on new architectures, developing new standards and fostering new ecosystems. Together with its members and industry partners, GCC will promote open innovation in the computing industry, build a robust and thriving ecosystem, and support the sustainable development of a digital and intelligent society.

The Comentropy Industry and Standards Innovation Service Center, abbreviated as the Comentropy Service Center, is a non-profit independent legal entity registered in the Hetao area. It serves as the core service platform for the Hetao International Industry and Standards Organization Cluster. The official English name used by the organization is Comentropy Industry and Standards Innovation Service Center.
The Center provides comprehensive, multidimensional and professional services throughout the establishment, operation and development of international industry and standards organizations within the cluster. These services include ecosystem services, consulting, operational support, information technology, marketing, legal services, financial services, training and public affairs.
The Center facilitates resource sharing and strategic coordination, supports organizations in maintaining compliant and efficient operations, and promotes their healthy and sustainable development. It is committed to developing the cluster into a highly collaborative community for industry and standards innovation.

The Center for International Economic and Technological Cooperation of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (the "Center") is a bureau-level public institution under the Ministry specializing in international industrial cooperation. The Electronics and Information Industry Sub-council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade operates under the Center.
